Spring Track Season Club Membership

2020 Summer Track Season (Apr-Jul)

– Coaching and athlete development
– 3-4 Invitational meets with national level competition
– 3 National Junior Olympic Summer meet Series (AAU) (must qualify to advance to each meet)
– T-shirt included. (Uniform and warmups are additional)
– Track & field event skills training
– Speed fundamentals and skill development
– Running form mechanics
– Starting blocks training (for sprinters)
– Relay baton passing (for relay members)
– Max velocity and speed development
– Resistance training and core development
– Strength and speed endurance training
– Middle distance and distance training
– Field events training
– Hydration and nutrition guides
– Membership to BLTC website and supplemental training resources
– Access to professional sports action photos of athlete to share on social media (if taken & published)

Membership expires after 4 Months.
